Steps to Join NHA

Thank you for your interest in New Hope Academy. To join NHA you must: Read the Faith and Mission Statements.

You must fill out both the Family Application, and a Student Application (one for each student enrolling). You can apply online from the links on our home page, or download the applications below, and submit by mail.

1. Fill out one Student Application for each student you are enrolling.
2. Fill out one Family Application.
3. Mail or deliver these to:
New Hope Academy, 3900 SW Citrus Blvd, Palm City, FL 34990-­‐5754
4. You will be notified of acceptance after approval by the Application Review Committee.

Upon receipt and processing of your application, you will be sent an e-­‐mail with a confirmation of the website membership. At that time, sign in and access “Getting Started”. There you will find other information and forms we need such as curriculum list.
